Question: In Submission requirements on page 19 of the RFP, Section 2, Approach to the Process, the RFP states to include a work plan and scheduling timeline of major tasks, key milestones and duration needed to produce documents suitable for bidding and construction. Since this is an on-call contract and tasks have not been identified, how would the County like to see this answered in our submission?
