Question: • Does FCPS require both a hard copy submission and online submission? Do you prefer one submission method over the other? • Under the scope of work, Hearing Conservation is mentioned. So that we are fully understanding this part, can you explain what you are looking for with hearing conservation? • Can you explain the medical surveillance items needed in more detail? • In regards to Attachment 1: Bus Driver Examinations- will these fall under a DOT Physical or do you require a different classification of exam? • In regards to Pg. 30 Peace Officer Professional Standards (POPS) Examinations- Are these police officer exams or different? • What is the expectation for onsite drug testing? • Is the 48-72 hour turn-around time going to be an issue? This is an industry standard unless they use the rapid testing option for NON DOT drug screens • Would FCPS be willing to authorize drug/alcohol services in the Concentra drug screen portal or would FCPS prefer to use a paper form? • Does FCPS need access to collection sites other than the Concentra Centers?

No, there isn’t a preference• Under the scope of work, Hearing Conservation is mentioned. So that we are fully understanding this part, can you explain what you are looking for with hearing conservation? • Our hearing conservation program focuses on our bus drivers. We will need a baseline and annual screen thereafter. In regards to Attachment 1: Bus Driver Examinations- will these fall under a DOT Physical or do you require a different classification of exam? • No, these will be the DOT physical In regards to Pg. 30 Peace Officer Professional Standards (POPS) Examinations- Are these police officer exams or different? • Law enforcement officers are covered under the same requirements as other employee physicals.
