Description: Interested firms will provide a statement of qualification/proposal (SoQP) for the design and permitting of right of way improvements to SR53, Osborne Road, and VM Osborne Road in Oconee County, Georgia. This project is associated with the construction of a new elementary school at this location. Please see the Request for Qualifications and Proposal (RFQP) documents for full specifications. Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 3/23/2017 10:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 23, 2017 in Room B102 of the Government Annex at 1291 Greensboro Highway, Watkinsville, GA. All interested parties are required to attend. The purpose of this meeting is to allow potential offerors an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements of the proposal document. Because Oconee County considers such a meeting to be critical to understanding the proposal requirements, attendance at the pre-submittal meeting is mandatory to qualify as an offeror.
