Overview:



  1. D20/AD1.01T on plan, but not on legend. Please clarify.

Keynote D20 should read: SAWCUT PORTION OF STEEL TUBES FROM SOUTH CANOPY TO REMAIN 

  1. Explain arrow from D18/AD1.01T. Seems like this room ceiling is to be demolished, but arrow runs outside of this room.

The ceiling should be demolished in the existing nurses suite and nurse’s restroom ( the areas directly to the left of the existing stairs) and the existing classroom (the area directly to the right of the existing stairs). 

  1. Is there plywood on the underside of the new exterior canopy? 4/A4.01T shows a portion of plywood, but none shown anywhere else on the drawings. RCP does not show any portion of this overhang.

Yes. Please note the plywood sheathing in detail 7/A4.01-T and 2/A4.01-T as well. 

  1. N1 and N2 door hardware notes...why are we trying to save, modify, patch and reuse frames and/or doors here? Can these be changed to new openings?

We could replace the doors with a Narrow Light 20 Minute Fire Rated Door however, we would highly suggest keeping the frames as they are grouted in. Frames will need to be patched, repaired, and repainted. 

  1. 1/A9.12T - underside of canopy says NO WORK. 2 & 3 on A2.01T says to repaint existing canopy decking. Which is correct?

Repaint existing canopy decking. 

  1. Confirm status of addendums issued to date and forthcoming. Vendor Registry page seems to say the reissued spec manual is an "addendum," but do not see anything like we normally do when an addendum is issued with number and date. Clarify so we can correctly modify our bid form.

Through the VR process the day following the question deadline a listing of all the " LIST OF DATA SHARED SUBSEQUENT TO ORIGINAL SPECS" .  We will add number and date to each item for this project.  We will update our process to make sure a number and date is included each time a subsequent date is shared and posted to the site.   7. Several glazing types labeled, but do not correlate with storefront elevations. Please clarify.
 The glazing indicated on the Glazing Types Legend on A1.41-T notates both glazing for the storefront elevations and also glazing for door types and the transaction window.
