Overview:
D20/AD1.01T on plan, but not on legend. Please clarify.
Keynote D20 should read: SAWCUT PORTION OF STEEL TUBES FROM SOUTH CANOPY TO REMAIN
Explain arrow from D18/AD1.01T. Seems like this room ceiling is to be demolished, but arrow runs outside of this room.
The ceiling should be demolished in the existing nurses suite and nurse’s restroom ( the areas directly to the left of the existing stairs) and the existing classroom (the area directly to the right of the existing stairs).
Is there plywood on the underside of the new exterior canopy? 4/A4.01T shows a portion of plywood, but none shown anywhere else on the drawings. RCP does not show any portion of this overhang.
Yes. Please note the plywood sheathing in detail 7/A4.01-T and 2/A4.01-T as well.
N1 and N2 door hardware notes...why are we trying to save, modify, patch and reuse frames and/or doors here? Can these be changed to new openings?
We could replace the doors with a Narrow Light 20 Minute Fire Rated Door however, we would highly suggest keeping the frames as they are grouted in. Frames will need to be patched, repaired, and repainted.
