The Centennial Park project site is located in downtown Canton, OH. at the block of 3rd St NW and 4th St. NW, Market Ave. N, and Court Ave NW. The main structural site components consist of the following: Small café with restroom facilities, performance stage / pavilion structure and iconic rotunda. Site work includes central plaza with clay unit pavers, event lawn with synthetic turfgrass, decorative gravel gardens, architectural finished concrete walks and walls, iconic signage, ornamental landscaping and site furnishings: including street lighting, tables, chairs and benches. Streetscape work to include new granite curbs, clay paver pedestrian walks, clay paver vehicular roads, seat wall benches and trees in grates. Technical components include programmable high-performance level audio/video and lighting components to be integrated into the stage /pavilion and rotunda structures.

Question: Section 27 10 00 in section 1.2.A says "the installer will be named THE AV CONTRACTOR". Does this mean the AV contract is separate and bid directly to the City even though elsewhere it says 'one bid'....
Response: The AV Contractor will not be a separate contract held by the City. The AV portion is a subcontract and can be bid to the GC (or even the EC).
