Description: The City of Callaway request qualification statements from individuals or firms to provide Professional Engineering or Architectural Services for Construction-Phase Oversight for the Beacon Point Plaza Construction Project in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 287.055 Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds to FloridaCommerce for activities authorized under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (42 United States Code (U.S.C.) 5301 et seq.) and described in the State of Florida Action Plan for Disaster Recovery. City of Callaway has entered into an agreement with FloridaCommerce (agreement #M0038) to administer these disaster recovery funds. The Consultant shall comply with the Local Agency's Federal Aid Contract Requirements.
