Response: A correct Lead-Based Paint Test Report has been uploaded. I will upload the Asbestos Testing Report for Project 1 at 123 E. Main Street as soon as I receive a copy from the Department. 03/09/2020 - Per Neighborhood and Family Services, they are in the process of obtaining a new report. A copy of this report will be posted here as soon as it's available. Thank you.

Response: 03/09/2020 - Exhibit K is for you to use as a cover page when you acknowledge an addendum if there is one.

Question: There is now an Addendum so, if the cover page for Addendums is required (Exhibit K), please provide. Also, if we do not receive the complete Asbestos Report for Project #1 in time for an accurate quote, it will be necessary to exclude that from our bid. Please advise. Thank you.
Response: The Exhibit K (page 388) is the cover page for addendums. The Department had ordered the testing and report, we will post the report here as soon as we receive it. If asbestos abatement is required based on the result, we will issue an addendum to revise the scope, price sheet and due date. Until then, please exclude that from your offer. [03/12/2020 Update] We received the completed Asbestos Report for 123 E. Main today. The "Reference Document - Asbestos Testing Reports" has been updated with the incorporation of the completed asbestos report on 123 E. Main.
