Question: Are there requirements to terminate fiber or only replace fiber modules?
Response: they will only need to replace fiber modules, they will not be required to terminate fiber.

Question: The RFP stated that bidders should use a special envelope provided. Is this something we need to pickup or will any manila folder work as long as it is labeled?
