The County welcomes proposals for both possible scopes as well as proposals from firms that may only want to propose one scope or the other. Proposing only one scope does not remove you from consideration.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Lumpkin County Administration Building located at 99 Courthouse Hill, Dahlonega, GA 30533 in the First Floor Conference Room. A visit to the site will immediately follow the end of the pre-proposal meeting.
