Pre-Bid Meeting Details: MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING - A mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting is required. Only those proposers who attend the pre-proposal meeting at 10:00a.m, on November 15th, 2022, shall be eligible for submission of a proposal. The pre-proposal meeting shall be held at Pleasant Grove Elementary, 2725 Cleveland Road, Dalton, GA. 30721. ** Proposers that show up 5 minutes late shall not be allowed to participate. ** MANDATORY TOUR OF FACILITIES - A mandatory Pre-Proposal tour of the facility is required. It shall be the sole responsibility of the proposer to visit each facility to acquaint itself with the nature and extent of the work involved. Site visit shall start immediately after the Pre-Proposal meeting on November 15th, 2022, and shall be at Pleasant Grove Elementary, 2725 Cleveland Road, Dalton, GA. 30721. District shall have representatives to conduct tours and answer questions. Tour is mandatory for proposers.
