Question: 1. Are we to demo the existing concrete in conflict with the landscaping and irrigation? If so, what is the square feet of the demo for the concrete and asphalt required? 2. Regarding the meter on the south side: On the flow side of that meter, does that line extend under the concrete to the area needed, or will we have to demo and replace the sidewalk? 3. Are we to price the decorative fence and if so is there a line item?
Response: 1. Concrete demo will be done by others prior to Notice to Proceed. 2. See #1 3. Fence work to be done by others. Not included in the Scope of Work
