The City of Spartanburg is seeking Proposals from Licensed and Certified General Contractors or South Carolina Home Builders who are Licensed and Certified Lead Remediation Contractors for the abatement work or use of Interim controls to include but not limited to new double pane insulated replacement windows for approximately (10) ten windows, interior and exterior painting of same frames as needed, painting of kitchen walls and new vinyl siding for the entire exterior of the house located at 442 Breeze St.
