Question: 1. Is submission of the Bid Form required along with the current RFQ/P, or can firms wait to submit the form until the scope of the project is determined? Percentages of workmen that have completed apprenticeship programs will be unknown until the types of work to be performed are clarified or decided. 2. Is submission of Diversity Forms A, B, and C-1 required along with the current RFQ/P, or can firms wait to submit these forms until the scope of the project is determined? Use of specific subcontractors would be estimates only until the types of work to be performed are clarified or decided. 3. Is an E-Verify affidavit required to be submitted along with the current RFQ/P, or is it satisfactory for firms to submit it prior to commencement of the work? 4. On the Attachment A - Fee Schedule, can ranges be provided for Fee % or $ Flat Amounts? 5. Can firms reserve the right to negotiate terms and conditions of any resulting contract if selected?
