Description:

The City of Lebanon, Tennessee, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional engineering consulting firm to provide Engineering Design services as well as Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services related to the Traffic Signal Restoration in Lebanon, Tennessee. The engineering design work to be completed would include traffic signal designs at intersections damaged by the March 3rd, 2020 tornado as required in the City of Lebanon Functional Classification System.  Damages vary per intersection from full signal rebuild to replacing damaged signal heads. Additional right-of-way is not expected to be needed for construction. The traffic signal locations are:

·         State Route 109 at the I-40 Westbound Ramps (partial signal rebuild)

·         State Route 10 (US 231 S) at Walmart (full signal rebuild)

·         Eastgate Boulevard at Dell/FedEx Access (signal equipment)

·         State Route 109 at Leeville Pike/Eastgate Boulevard (signal equipment)

·         State Route 109 at East Division Street (signal equipment)

·         State Route 109 at Hickory Ridge Road (signal equipment)

·         South Hartmann Drive at Aviation Way (signal equipment)

·         South Hartmann Drive at Franklin Road (signal equipment)

·         South Hartmann Drive at Leeville Pike (controller)

·         State Route 10 (US 231 S) at Short Street (controller)
