Sealed competitive proposals will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, September 21, 2023 for the replacement of existing three phase air conditioning condenser & air handler on the lower level of Quincy City Hall, 730 Maine Street.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting.Vendors interested in submitting a proposal are expected to attend a mandatory site visit on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 9:00 am. The site visit will begin in the City Hall Lobby, which is located at 730 Maine Street, Quincy, IL 62301. Promptly at 9:00 am we will depart to the lower level.
