The Clayton County Water Authority will open sealed bids from experienced licensed contractors via a virtual Teams meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. local time, for CCWA HQ Campus Buildings A and B Roof Replacement. Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered.

A Non-Mandatory pre-bid virtual Teams meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. local time.

A Non-Mandatory pre-bid Site Visit will take place on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. local time at 7640 Southlake Pkwy, Morrow, GA 30260.

Bidders will need to provide contact information and an email address and any file size transfer limits to ensure email transmittals can be made. A hardcopy bid package can also be requested at a cost of $25.
