SCOPE

1. This document is a Formal Request for Bid (RFB) for soliciting qualified vendors to supply to the WSD
Transportation Facility oil, lubricants, fluids and anti-freeze. Fluids consist of; Heavy Duty Motor Oil,
Automatic Transmission Fluid, Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid, Multi-Purpose Gear Lubricant,
Chassis Lubricant Grease, Universal Anti-Freeze, Summer Coolant, and Diesel Emissions Fluid, etc.
Purchases of these products will begin July 2020 and continue until the end June of 2021. This is a
Prime vendor bid.
