NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that TORRANCE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, acting by and through its Board of Education, hereinafter "District" will receive up to, but not later than the above stated date and time, sealed proposals for a contract for the work of the project generally described as RFP 02-01.09.26 Bundled Internet Services.

Submittal of Proposals. All proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by the District. Proposals must conform with, and be responsive to, the Request for Proposal and contract documents, copies of which may be obtained from the District as set forth above. Only proposals submitted to the District prior to the date and time set forth above shall be considered.

No Withdrawal of Proposals. The District’s Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. Proposals shall not be withdrawn by any respondent for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the opening of proposals. During this time, all respondents shall guarantee prices quoted in their respective proposals.

Award of Contract. The contract for the work, if awarded, will be by action of the District’s Board of Education to the respondent that meets the qualifications and matrix established by the Request for Proposal documents.

E-rate Requirements. The project is contingent upon the approval of funding from the USAC’s Schools and Libraries E-Rate Program. The District may or may not proceed with the project, in whole or in part, even in the event E-rate funding is approved. Execution of the project, in part or in whole, is solely at the discretion of the District. Respondents wishing to submit a proposal may do so solely at their own risk. The District is not liable or responsible for any costs, loss, fees, or expenses, of any kind, associated with bid and/or a decision not to proceed with the project, even after award of the contracts. By submitting a proposal, each respondent agrees to bear all of its own costs, fees, expenses, and losses, of any and all kind, should the District cancel the project.

Inquiries and Clarifications. This document is for informational purposes and shall not relieve the respondent of the requirements to fully become familiarized with all the factors affecting the proposal. Respondents are advised that all inquiries and clarifications about the Request for Proposal documents, specifications, etc., shall be submitted to the District in writing no later than Wednesday, December 03, 2025, by 2:00 P.M. (PST).

The District will respond to all submitted questions by the end of the business day on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Verbal communication by either party with regard to this matter is invalid.
