Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to define the City's minimum requirements, solicit proposals, and gain adequate information by which the City may evaluate the services offered by Proposers. The City of Germantown, Tennessee, located approximately fifteen miles east of Memphis, Tennessee hereinafter referred to as the City, intends to secure a contract for Self- Funded Third Party Administrator and Stop Loss Services. The City of Germantown provides a self-insured employee medical and dental benefit plan with cost containment features, including second opinion surgery.
