The Contractor shall be responsible for billing, processing, and collection of the County’s Emergency Medical Service fees and for providing related reporting and analytic services to County, as set forth in this RFP.  All Services shall be compliance and in accordance with the most current revision of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), the Health Care Reform Act, Federal Debt Collection Practices Law, and the Office of the Inspector General (“OIG”).
