Question: Dorchester County’s timeline provides for questions to be submitted by April 18, 2019. Assuming Monday, April 22nd is the earliest responses to all questions may be thoroughly answered and distributed, this leaves potential vendors minimal time to review the answers for proper inclusion in the proposals (due only three days after that). MEDIKO and other vendors want to provide thorough and complete responses in order to afford Dorchester County with the information it needs to make a fair and informed decision. As a result, MEDIKO is respectfully requesting an extension of the due date by one week.
