Question: Does CCG anticipate awarding contracts to multiple vendors? Can CCG provide additional detail regarding the evaluation criteria noted in the “Cost” section? Specifically: What does CCG anticipate would drive any upfront cost? As there is not anticipated to be any allocation of funding at time of award, what is meant by ongoing cost? What is meant by “cost to expand consultation services”? Does CCG have any additional requirements regarding the format fee structure referenced in the submittal section? Is CCG able to clarify the pricing submission requirements for both hourly rates, in the “Submittals” section, and the “Contract Term” section’s reference to a fixed-cost agreement? Further, can clarification be offered regarding the reference to a monthly retainer in section 4, “PRICING”, within the General Terms and Conditions?
