Question: (Page 15) CHECKLIST OF ITEMS TO INCLUDE WITH PROPOSAL SUBMISSION -Minority, Woman, Veteran Owned Business Information requested (Page 3) General Terms and Conditions 3. The Fayette County Board of Education (Board) implemented revised procedures as of July 1, 2016 for the submittal of bids and proposals. In all Fayette County Public School (FCPS) bidding procedures, all potential offerors that will be using subcontractors are to engage in specifically defined efforts with the Department of Economic Development to include minority-owned and women-owned business contractors, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers. 4. FCPS Department of Economic Development and Purchasing Department are available to assist and provide a listing, upon request, of certified minority-owned, women-owned and veteran business enterprises (MWVBE). Offerors may consult the list for inclusion of subcontractors currently participating with the offeror. The list is not all-inclusive and may contain only the names of businesses that have self registered with the Board and have become approved contractors or vendors by contacting either Department of Economic Development, Division of Physical Support and Purchasing Department and are MWVBE certified. Offerors may use other properly certified MWBE subcontractors as long as proper certification is provided. Question, if the Vendor is not MWVBE certified, is their a requirement to have a MWVBE certified subcontractor and is there a certain percentage of the work they must complete?

Response: Subcontractors is not a requirement for this solicitation.

Question: Which response format would you like vendors to use: page 15, page 17, page 19, or do you expect vendors to submit items exactly as listed on all three pages?

Response: Please use the format on page 19.

Question: Do you have an idea of when presentations may occur and do expect those to have an option for onsite?

Response: Our tentative date for presentations is Friday, February 21. This date may change based on our implementation team's availability. As of today, we are anticipating all presentations to be virtual.

Question: You mention that "strong consideration will be given to platforms that possess the ability to support" other functionalities (attendance communication and CMS for example). If we offer these functionalities would you like us to include those under Part III, Technical Proposal/Scope of Work or in Part V, Added Value?

Response: Please put it under Part III, Technical Proposal/Scope of Work. If there are any functionalities that are not featured with the RFP, we will consider that as "added value".
