Description: Building & Construction Cost Assessment on a one time basis, for the building formerly known as the City Island Recreational Hall, located at 108 East Orange Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida.  For this Assessment the Consultant will determine the structural integrity and building code compliance of the building.  Along with the structural assessment, the Consultant will provide an analysis of the economic feasibility for remediating its existing structural and non-code compliant conditions, to include a cost estimate for returning the existing structure to a suitable state to provide public access for multi-purpose community use (that does not include kitchen facilities) and include providing a full construction cost estimate for remediation of all needs to meet all City of Daytona Beach, State and Federal codes.
