Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to enter into a contract that will fulfill State and Federal Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery ("CDBG-DR") statutory responsibilities related to recovery in connection with federally declared disasters. Proposers must be qualified to provide professional services for housing projects. All services must be performed in compliance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") and program guidelines issued by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (“DCA”).
