Description: The City of Fort Walton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking a qualified professional planning firm or consultant to facilitate a community planning process that culminates in the development of a Master Plan for the Downtown area of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The selected consultant will facilitate the public outreach efforts, develop conceptual elements based on the input received through the public participation efforts, and prepare recommendations for the urban design, redevelopment of the waterfront and district, future land use, and transportation plan for Downtown Fort Walton Beach.
