1. Purpose
The City of Etowah is seeking proposals for the purchase of a cab chassis service truck that meets the specifications outlined below. The selected vehicle will support municipal operations and must be reliable, compliant, and ready for service upon delivery.
2. Vehicle Specifications
The proposed truck must meet or exceed the following minimum requirements:

3. Proposal Requirements
Proposals must include the following:

• Warranty information (if applicable)
• Pricing, including delivery fees
• Estimated delivery timeline
4. Evaluation Criteria

5. Packet Pickup and Submission Instructions
You may pick up a packet at the Etowah City Hall M-F 8:00 am thru 4:30 pm located at the drop off address shown below or you may submit your proposal via email to: citymanager@cityofetowahtn.com by 12:00 pm, Monday, October 20, 2025 or you may drop off in a sealed envelope at City Hall, 701 TN Avenue, Etowah, TN 37331. Late submissions may not be considered.
