Description: The principal features of the Project are: The Project consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment to construct the Sebring Parkway EMS Station of approximately three thousand one hundred and sixty-eight (3,168) square feet. Additionally, the Work includes site work, utilities, landscaping and irrigation.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A MANDATORY PRE-BID meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on FRIDAY; OCTOBER 21, 2016, in the Engineering Training Room, 505 S. Commerce Ave., Sebring, Florida 33870. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum where the Bidders can familiarize themselves with the Specifications of the Project with County staff and the Engineer. The County will only accept Bid submittals from Bidders that are represented during the entire pre-Bid meeting and are signed in on the sign-in sheet as primary Bidders. The public is invited to attend this meeting. Arrival after 10:00 A.M. will be noted on the sign-in sheet, and Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that were late.
