Question: Thanks for the opportunity. The two models listed, Dell 5400 and 5410 are EOL and are Grade "A" Off-Lease or Refurbished. DO you still want these two models quoted for this BID?
Response: The Dell 5450 is now the requested model. The 5410 will have Same specifications as stated in the RFP.

Question: The RFP states, "Dell Laptop computers with the following options: Other specifications or brands of laptops will not be considered," but the Dell Latitude 5400 or 5410 are not options available through Dell anymore, what Dell model can vendors substitute in place?
Response: The Dell 5450 is now the requested model. The 5410 will have Same specifications as stated in the RFP.

Question: According to our partners team, looking over the specs you are going to need a precision to incorporate the video cards with Dedicated RAM. The 5450 only has the option for an integrated video card. Please advise on the same
Response: We will stay with the specification of the 5450.

Question: Please verify the software or the application you are using so we can check if this 4GB dedicated GFX card will support it.
Response: The software is for Project Lead the Way and the specs reflect the recommendations of PLTW
