Description: Work includes removal of existing roof, insulation and damaged metal decking and haul off and dispose properly, repair existing roof edges and building flashing, install new insulation, install EPDM fully adhered roofing system, install counter-flashing and sealing sheet roofing, replace wall coping, provide inspection and warranty, remove existing gutter system and return to owner and install a new commercial gutter system with downspouts.
