Description:

The City of Parkland, Florida will receive Proposals from qualified contractors for construction services in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in the Request for Proposals.

Sealed proposals will be received at the City of Parkland City Hall 6600 University Drive, Parkland, Florida, 33067, until 05/08/18 at 2:00 PM local time, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. All Proposers or their representatives are invited to be present.

The purpose of this proposal is to obtain competitive Proposals for all material, labor and equipment to construct anew 7,058 sf Children’s Library Wing and renovate/alternate components of the exiting 11,640 sf existing library; as described in the Construction Documents prepared by Williamson Dacar Architects and their consultants, dated February 19, 2018.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 4/24/2018 2:00 PM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a pre-proposal meeting and site inspection on 04/24/18 at 2:00 PM at City of Parkland City Hall 6600 University Drive, Parkland Florida 33067.
