Description: Notice is hereby given that The City of Callaway requests qualification statements from individuals or
firms to provide Construction, Engineering & Inspection (CEI) Services for the WEST CHERRY STREET
SIDEWALK PROJECT, a federally funded project with assistance from the Florida Department of
Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration. Proposers must be FDOT Prequalified in Work
Type 10.1 – Roadway Construction Engineering Inspection. The project includes the CE&I services for
construction of approximately 0.50 miles of ADA compliant, six-foot wide concrete pedestrian sidewalk
along the northern ROW of West Cherry Street from North Bob Little Road to Tyndall Parkway in
coordination with FDOT through a Local Agency Program (LAP) agreement. Additional project
components include crosswalk striping, detectable warnings, signage, landscaping, and pedestrian handrail.
