Description: The City of Willard, Missouri, is requesting qualifications from interested engineering firms to provide structural/construction engineering services to the City. The selected firm will assist the City with engineering services related to its wastewater collection system. It is anticipated that this RFQ process will result in a one-time agreement between the City and the selected engineering firm to diagnose, recommend improvements and/or updates, reduce I&I to unlock capacity and produce a report detailing findings, cost to repair, update, improve and repair the system to reduce I&I.
