Question: Project Schedule: Please clarify. Invitation for Bid form (page 4) states "Unless otherwise stated and accepted herein, I agree to complete this proposed contract in less than One Hundred Sixty (160) calendar days after issue date of notice to proceed. Bid Form page 15 states "Contractor shall complete all work not later than 120 calendar days following the date of the Notice to Proceed or IAW any Special Provision by the Owner."
Response: The correct amount of time is One Hundred and Sixty (160).

Question: The plans reference a geotechnical report, can you provide a copy of this report? Can you provide a spec/model for the court benches and shade shelter?

Question: Raingardens: the plans give a SF area of the raingardens and show the TOB at grade elevation 21 and BOB at a 20. The engineered soil is shown at grade elevation 19.25 which would be an additional 9 inches of cut from bottom of bank to install the engineered soil. On the raingarden detail shown on sheet #8, it specifies to install engineered soil 18" min, 36" preferred. For bidding purposes, can you specify a depth for engineered soil to be installed below bottom of bank?
