Description: The BIDS shall include but not be limited to: The removal of organics, preparation and filling of the designated area within Wetland No: 3 at the Okeechobee County Agri-Civic Center. The northeast portion of Wetland No: 3 has been permitted by the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) to be filled. The SFWMD permit will be provided for posting to the successful bidder prior to work being initiated. The County has surveyed and installed field stakes identifying the proposed area of fill. A map is attached showing the limits of fill within the wetland. See Invitation to Bid Form for complete bid requirements.
