Description: It is the Pierce County Board of Commissioner’s intention to employ a Construction Manager to provide overall Project Construction Management, including required Request’s for Bid Proposals. In addition, the CM will provide Cost Benefit Solutions and Information Management of project progress as required by and for the Owner. The Construction Scope of Work and overall Project Management during the Construction process shall be on a cost plus a fee basis, with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
