Description:

The Escambia County BCC/Neighborhood & Human Services Department, hereafter is known as The Department, is soliciting proposals from non-profit organizations to administer and operate a Low Income Direct Emergency Assistance Program (LIDEAP) for qualified citizens of Escambia County, FL.  The program shall be designed to provide financial assistance with rent/mortgage payments, or utilities/fuel, or food or prescription medication.  This will be a program of last resort and available for a one-time event during the existence of the program.
