Description:

The City of Oak Ridge will be seeking sealed bids for Tree Pruning, Tree Removal and Brush Control along Power Lines to begin July 1, 2019.  Interested Bidders are required to obtain and complete document, Contractor Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, in order to become a Qualified Bidder. Interested Bidders will be notified of their qualification status on or about April 9, 2019. 

Qualified Bidders will receive a bid package for this project setting forth the bid documents and specifications. A mandatory pre-bid conference for qualified bidders will be held on April 23, 2019 at 10:00 am. Sealed Bid opening will be on May 9, 2019 at 2:00 pm.  Only Qualified Bidders will be allowed to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and to submit a Bid for this project.
