4) Construction of Sidewalks.
5) Striping, Grassing, and Pavement markings.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Foley City Hall at 10:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. In the pre-bid meeting, the City will review the scope of work and the desired result. A site visit will follow the pre-bid meeting.
