Description:
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to construct the Avon Park Health Department Sidewalk and Parking Improvements ADA Transition Plan, Highlands County Project No. 16006. The work consists of removal and reconstructing approximately two hundred sixty-five (265) linear feet of sidewalk, approximately one hundred and nine (109) linear feet of guiderail, installation of sod, and restriping handicap parking spaces at the Avon Park Health Department as specified in the Construction Documents; including labor, materials and equipment. Contractor shall have sixty (60) days to complete the Project after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
