Question: 2. In reference to the work orders: a. What is the yearly budget to available for this contract? b. Is there a specific timeline that the work needs to be completed within, or do we have all year to complete the said work order? c. Will the contractor be permitted to combine more than one work order into one mobilization in order to complete more work

Question: Would the County offer a drying bed and a place to dump waste gathered during the cleaning procedure in relation to cleaning pipes??

Question: When it comes to rehabilitation using the CCCP technique, spin casting is often done on pipes larger than 24" in diameter. Please take 15 -24" pipe sizes off the list of CCCP spray items, Owner/Engineer.

Question: Does the owner/engineer require the contractor to fill the corrugations before applying the design thickness when rehabilitating corrugated metal pipes using the CCCP procedure, or is there no need to do so? Filling corrugations will provide better hydraulic flow capacity.

Question: Section -7.1 states “If a street must be closed to traffic because of the orientation of the sewer, the Owner shall institute the actions necessary to provide access during this for the mutually agreed time period.” Does this mean if traffic control is needed the Owner will provide the required traffic control?
