Description: Introduction – Kaufman County is requesting proposal submissions from interested and qualified State of Texas licensed Commercial Real Estate Brokers (Offeror(s)) and their designated agent(s) for the disposition and acquisition of property on an as needed basis as identified by the County.  

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 11/10/2020 2:00 PM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: The location of the Pre-Proposal Conference is the Commissioners Courtroom, located at the Courthouse Annex, 100 N. Washington Street, Kaufman, 75142. The purpose of this conference is to facilitate responses to all Proposers’ questions concerning the content of this RFP document. As a result, initial questions are to be submitted, in writing to Raylan Smith by Friday, November 6, 2020. Staff will attempt to answer these questions during the pre-proposal conference.
