Description: The Oconee County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from consultants for Engineering Design and Support for Calls Creek Water Reclamation Facility Upgrade to 3.0 MGD.  The facility is currently designed to treat up to 1.5 MGD.  The proposed upgrade will involve the construction of new facilities within the existing plant's property which will employee advanced treatment technologies to produce effluent in accordance with the facility's NPDES permit.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: The pre-submittal conference will be held jointly with a pre-submittal conference for procurement of a Construction Manager At Risk for this project. Attendance at the pre-submittal conference is required as part of the proposal submittal.
