Description:

The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners Purchasing Department (County) is requesting competitive sealed  Proposals in support of remodeling 1 - 2 kitchens at Cherokee County Fire Station 4 and/or Fire Station 12, with the option for bathroom remodels at one or both stations, to be exercised at the County’s discretion, as described herein.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 4/10/2019 10:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a mandatory meeting to review the requirements. The meeting will be held at the proposed work sites and will include walking the areas. Attendance at both stations is required to be eligible to submit a proposal. The mandatory pre-bid meeting will begin at Station 12, located at 9081 Fincher Road, Waleska, Georgia 30183,and will conclude at Station 4, located at 9253 Freehome Highway, Canton, Georgia 30115. In addition to the mandatory pre-bid meeting at both stations, there will be an opportunity to visit Station 21, which has the same kitchen layout, with the exception of a different American Range. This is an opportunity to see the expected outcome that is described in the statement of work and although strongly encouraged is not mandatory. Station 21 is located at 1190 Evenflo Dr. Ball Ground GA 30107 and will be available for review about 25-30 minutes after the conclusion of the Station 4 meeting.
