Description:
The work generally consists of repairing a section of the Bethune Point observation pier located at 11 Bellevue Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114. Work will include the demolition and proper disposal of the damaged observation pier and two gazebos. The construction of 31’-9” linear feet of wooden boardwalk, including pile installation, handrail construction and hurricane strap tie downs. The Project will also include construction of a gravity wall, placement of a No. 57 stone base, and concrete sidewalk. The magnitude of the project is estimated at $80,000-$100,000.
