Sealed bids for the Pratt Park Improvements, City of Prattville Bid No. 022-010 will be received by the City of Prattville, at City Hall, 101 West Main Street, Prattville, until 10:00 AM, Wednesday, June 22, 2022, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. A NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Doster Community Center, on Monday, June 13, 2022, at 2:00 PM.
Principal items of work include demolition of an approximately 11,000 SF playground area, construction of a 1,000 SF public restroom structure, renovation of an existing public restroom facility, installation of approximately 750 LF of ornamental steel fencing, and approximately 350 SY of 4” concrete sidewalk.

• Revised Proposal Clarification: A Materials Testing Allowance of $10,000.00 has been added to the Revised Proposal. This allowance shall be controlled by the Engineer and shall be billed to the Contractor as required.
