Description: It is the intent of Escambia County to purchase two (2) Computer Voice Stress Analyzer III machines.  NIVT Federal Services has suggested that their firm is the sole manufacturer and distributor for this product.


Notice is hereby given that per Escambia County Purchasing Policy PP-060 Source Selection, this advertisement shall be posted for seven (7) business days.  Any manufacturer or distributor of similar products shall respond to this notice within those seven (7) business days with a complete proposal that includes full product description, warranty information, pricing, and any other details relevant to the product and this procurement. 

"Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes."
