Question: Do you have a Learning Management System (LMS) in place? If yes, which LMS do you currently use? If you have an LMS in place, do you plan to continue using your current LMS through the entire term of the contract which results from this RFP?

Question: How many middle school students will use the online platform, and how many high school students will use the online platform?

Response: How many middle school students will use the online platform, and how many high school students will use the online platform? Typically around 7,000 – 10,000 (30% of enrollment) uses each year. We may also consider a site license for each school or program. Our anticipated 2023-2024 enrollment for the 12 Middle Schools, 2 Middle School Academic program schools, is approximately 9,000 students Our anticipated 2023-2024 enrollment for 6 High Schools, 6 High School Academic program schools is approximately 12,000 students

Response: Would like to see the varied models to make the best determination.

Question: Regarding your requirements for customized professional growth, how many teachers require training and how administrators require training?

Response: 70-80 (Train school admin+ 2 leads for each middle and high program)

Question: For Part III - Technical Proposal, do you want vendors to organize their responses to match the Scope of Work on pages 14 and 15 of the RFP, or do you vendors to organize their responses to match the non-price evaluation criteria on page 11?

Response: The preferred method would be page 11 non-price evaluation criteria; but either way will be acceptable.

Question: Will the Virtual Learning Center in the Success Academy be the end-user for the online platform? If not, which school or organization in the District will be the end-user?

Response: This will be available for all middle schools, high schools and academic program schools to use based on the population of students that need an online credit recovery option and initial credit option. Not every student would need access but every school and academic program would need to access based on a percentage of students that meet that category of need.
