Description: The City of Winchester is accepting sealed bids for annual asphalt resurfacing and milling program. Specifications are available at the Winchester Public Works Department. All bidders must contact Steve Goodwin, Director of Public Works Department at (931)308-2677 for instructions prior to submitting bids. The bids must be delivered by Friday, March 27, 2015 at 4:00PM. Bid opening will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, March 30, 2015, at City Hall. The City of Winchester reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
