Description: Food Service-Disposables/Dry/Canned Goods- Anderson County Detention Facility, 308 Public Safety Lane, Clinton, TN For the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 All items must be same as or equivalent to Sales representative expected to come to the Detention Facility each week to service the account. This is to include, but not limited to, taking orders, bringing in samples of new products, sales flyers, rebate coupons and menu ideas. We require at least two (2) deliveries per week; additional deliveries may be required as population grows. Exact quantities are unknown at this time; quantities may vary. It is our intent to request a three (3) year contract with renewal option. If your bid varies from the specifications, make a full explanation. A two-week written notice must be given to the Anderson County Purchasing Agent prior to any price increase. All vendors must submit 1 original and 1 full copy, including brochures, of their bid. Contact Purchasing in writing with any questions. Refer to General Terms and Conditions Section 1.2.
